With a projected 43 years life of mine and resources totalling over 200 million tonnes, we are embarking on a major expansion of our Pilbara-based Wodgina Lithium site which will see a significant mine expansion, construction of a new processing plant, the arrival of major mobile fleet including new PC7000 and EX3600 excavators and the development of significant new non-process infrastructure, operational by mid-2018.

As a result of this continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) Manager to work in partnership with our existing team to deliver on our Wodgina lithium mining schedule. A new, site based role you will be responsible for managing all of our onsite non-process infrastructure including bore fields, workshops, tailing storage area, complex water systems and ammonium nitrate facility. This role will also encompass site wide NPI maintenance across a number of key areas.

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing highly visible safety and quality leadership to enable a high performing culture to be developed at Wodgina mine site
  •  Daily, weekly and monthly inspections and reporting  as required
  • Key stakeholder engagement including working closely with our senior leadership group
  • Team leadership including recruitment, coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • NPI maintenance related activities including our camp
  • Coordination of logistics and procurement activities as related to your key areas
  • Contract negotiation and contractor management
  • The development and management of process improvement and change management activities

Working within a passionate and experienced mining team, you will ideally have extensive experience within a similar role within the mining or resources industry based by relevant trade or tertiary qualifications.
