What you can expect from MRL
To support our continued growth and system upgrades, we are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst join our Applecross based team.

Reporting to our Project Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive technical analysis and implementation of PRONTO across our Finance and Plant Maintenance business units.

You will need an in-depth working functional knowledge of Pronto, gained through past experience configuring and implementing Pronto solution. You will be spearheading the coordination of system design and implementation, identifying opportunities for improvements through all processes and systems to align with the overall business strategy and vision, and also provide day to day Level 3+ support to end users.

You will need to be able to work in a vibrant and fluid environment, and it will be highly regarded if you have a project management background with experience of managing external developers and consultants.

What we expect from YOU

• Analyse current and future state of systems and provide recommendations to the business on upgrades or process changes to align with the vision of the business
• Coordinate and project manage the implementation of system changes
• Manage time, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects and various stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings or workshops and where required, provide guidance and direction to project team members for the success of the project
• Maintain and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

What YOU will bring

• Previous experience working with Pronto is essential to the success of this role
• Significant experience working within the Finance and/or Plant Maintenance space within a mining, utilities or manufacturing organisation
• Desired experience within project and change management, including project documentation and reporting
• Highly developed organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication and drive to seeing projects through to completion, and being proactive with resolving issues and escalation
• Capable working in an environment with shifting demands
