Recruitment Advisor – White Collar

The team is highly regarded within Mineral Resources; working together in close partnership with senior leaders to source the best people to meet our current and future business needs. The roles we work on span the complete breadth of the organisation; from Senior Leadership to Administration, and everything in between. The pace is quick; excellent stakeholder management a must; crystal clear communication is a given.

Key Accountabilities

Simple and straight forward, but it is all about execution;

• Providing an end to end recruitment service that supports the ongoing demands of existing sites and future projects
• Providing advice and guidance on staffing requirements to business leaders and site locations
• Talent pooling for niche and hard to fill positions across the business

Keys skills and expertise (about you)

The list is small, but you will absolutely need all of it to be successful;

• Demonstrate 5 years’ experience recruiting in a Mining related white collar role (internal or agency)
• Previous experience sourcing for senior roles, up to and including GM level
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills; in particular communication, influencing and negotiation skill-sets
• The ability to work and thrive within a constantly evolving environment, and the flexibility to adapt & overcome challenges.
