What you can expect from MRL

Our CSI Mining Services business is continuing to grow and as a result, we are now seeking a suitably experienced Condition Monitoring Engineer for our Kwinana Workshops, Crushing, and Processing sites across Western Australia.

Reporting to our Senior Reliability Engineer, this role is responsible for continuing our business strategy of Condition Monitoring to mitigate equipment breakdowns, assist in the planning and scheduling process of Asset Management, to improve plant availability and overall utilisation of our Assets.  

What we expect from YOU

  • Have comprehensive condition monitoring experience including:
    • Vibration analysis
    • Oil analysis
    • Thermography
  • Develop and implement Condition Monitoring Data Bases
  • Conduct routine vibration analysis, oil analysis and thermographic inspections on all types of fixed plant equipment, including screens, crusher, pumps and conveyor systems.
  • Able to liaise and communicate effectively with maintainers, planners and leadership  
  • Provide accurate and timely reports displaying the condition of equipment inspected
  • Proactive attitude to safety, highly motivated and self-manage.
  • Work with Computers, Microsoft applications and Information Technologies

What YOU will bring

  • Hold relevant Engineering degree, or trade qualification with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position within a crushing and processing environment
  • Level 1 and 2 qualification in Vibration Analysis
  • Experience with AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyser
  • A current WA Manual Drivers Licence
