The Role & The Team
As a growing and innovative business, we are continuously looking to challenge ourselves and are seeking a professional, self-motivated Systems Administrator to join us. Based in our Applecross Offices, you will be utilising your highly developed training, administrative and organisation skills to provide comprehensive support to our Systems team, and wider Safety and Training colleagues.
This is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill administration role. It requires someone who is resourceful, analytical, details focused, and is up to the challenge of managing many competing demands. We hope you enjoy a good laugh too!
Your Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide ongoing support for all Employees and Contractors with completing training within the MRL Learning Management System (LMS) as required
- Ongoing Business Support, Facilitation, Maintenance and continued utilisation improvement of Material Management System (ChemAlert)
- Facilitate the Business requests to unlock standards as requested by the business (SAI Global)
- Assist the Functional Team with SharePoint page and library updates as required (SharePoint)
- Processing of MRL Online Induction Requests for new Employees/Contractors
- Uploading of all new employee training qualifications, tickets and licences into online Safety Database
- Minute taking at team meetings, communicating minutes to key stakeholders
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports as required
Your Experience & Skills
- Previous use of Safety and Training based systems, including (INX, LMS’s, ChemAlert, SAI Global) (Highly Desirable/Essential)
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background knowledge of Mining Industry Training Process (External NRT Process, Internal VOC & Familiarisations and other General Training requirements) and record keeping requirements (highly desirable)
- Internet research and general data collection skills as required.
