What we're after

Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining smooth village services to PMI’s owned and operated camp sites. The Site Services Co-coordinator will be involved in coordinating all aspects of camp management, including camp design, mobilization, construction, occupancy, messing, accommodation services and village facilities. You will be required to manage, maintain and improve the messing, accommodation, management and village services to ensure the highest possible quality of services for each of our camp sites.

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee respective Camp Managers to ensure PMI's assets achieve all operational outcomes of safety, quality, performance and cost
  • Assist the SSM with applications for licensing, and the ongoing operation of licensed liquor facilities
  • Oversee auditing and budgeting
