About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Fixed-Plant/Loader Operators with fixed plant experience who are local to Kalgoorlie, to join our team for current and future opportunities.

We’re offering full-time roles on a 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off OR 14 days on, 7 days off rosters. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills through on-site training and progress your career both on the tools and into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating machinery such as Loaders, Skid Steers, and Telehandlers (with training provided to obtain Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets)
• Performing inspections, hosing, and general housekeeping duties
• Supporting trades during shutdowns and breakdowns
• Collaborating with the Planning Team to enhance plant reliability
