About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Loader Operators with fixed plant experience who are local to Kalgoorlie, to join our team for current and future opportunities.

We’re offering full-time roles on a 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off roster. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills through on-site training and progress your career both on the tools and into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating machinery such as Loaders, Skid Steers, and Telehandlers (with training provided to obtain Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets)
• Performing inspections, hosing, and general housekeeping duties
• Supporting trades during shutdowns and breakdowns
• Collaborating with the Planning Team to enhance plant reliability
