About the role

MinRes is offering an opportunity for an Asset Administrator to provide a centralized service to the Asset Management Group, ensuring streamlined administration support to key stakeholders.

Working on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster you will be based at our new state of the art head office in Osborne Park.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Asset Administrator, you will be accountable for the processing, submitting and maintenance of, but not limited to:

• Site based AMG personnel timesheets
• Data entry for; asset movements, service meter units and tyre and rim metrics.
• roster maintenance
• purchase requisition and labour hire
• Warranty and claims 

What you’ll bring to the team

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role in the mining industry
• Proficient with electronic ERP and database systems
• Strong MS office skills
• Self-motivated. able to work autonomously and provide direction to a small administration team
