About the Company
MinRes is an innovative and leading mining services company with a growing portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities, including iron ore and lithium.
The Opportunity
MinRes are looking for experienced Blast Crew, to join our Mining team!
We are in a unique position where you have the choice of the following options for employment;
- Permanent employment – salary package, including 5 weeks of annual leave per year; or
- Casual employment - with a competitive hourly rate of pay.
You will also have the choice of working on one of our 4 owner operated mine sites with excellent camps, food and facilities, or alternatively MinRes have mining contracts with our tier one client, Rio Tinto where you will have the opportunity to work with brand new equipment and be part of a newly established team.

Knowledge, skills and qualifications we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience with Iron Ore and blasting close to sensitive structures is essential
- Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
- National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
The Finer Details:
- Permanent, full time 2/1 roster
- FIFO from Perth
