About the role
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator to join our Health and Wellbeing team. This is a 12-month position, based initially at our Applecross office, before moving to our brand new, state-of-the-art offices in Osborne Park.
Reporting to our Health Services Superintendent, this role works with the Health Services Team and plays a key role in providing high quality administrative support to the MinRes Health Services function and the wider health and safety department.
What we’re after
We’re looking for someone who can;
- Provide administrative support to the Health Services Superintendent and Health Services Manager with occasional project work as directed by GM – Health & Safety.
- Provide administrative support to the Injury Management Advisors and Health & Wellbeing Advisors.
- Organise and assisting in Heath & Wellbeing initiatives and events across the Business.
- Input data entry and interpret using online injury management database, SolvInjury and safety database, INX.
- Assist with weekly injury and statistics reporting to key business stakeholders.
- Raise purchase orders and processing of invoices and timesheets
- Process & book travel requests for Health Team and External visitors
- Assist with COVID19 screening bookings and employee communication via the Health Inbox.
- Provide general administration support and foster a safe working environment in all that we do.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or Certificate IV in OHS (desirable)
- Completion of Year 12 studies (essential)
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, agile administrative role
- Experience in a Health & Safety environment will be highly beneficial
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, with Intermediate Excel skills required
- Experience in INX and SolvInjury system suites
- Event planning experience will be highly desirable
