The Opportunity

This is an Expression of Interest for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates interested in a career with MinRes.  The opportunities with MinRes are varied with entry level pathways as well as opportunities for skilled workers to join us offering both metro and FIFO roles.

Our expectation of you:

✔ 100% commitment to complying with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures

✔ To be passionate about a long-term career in mining and to be keen, willing and able to learn a variety of new skills

✔ A flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work and training

✔ Capable of working in a busy, hands-on environment with strong time management skills

✔ If you are seeking FIFO work - Willingness to work in remote mine sites, up to 12 hours a day, various rosters on offer

✔ The ability to work as part of a successful team with well-rounded communication skills

✔ Hold a current C class driver’s license

✔ To pass a pre-employment medical examination and ongoing fitness for work assessments (including drug and alcohol testing)
