Crushing Services International (CSI), a subsidiary of MRL, is a leading contract crushing provider tailoring world-class build-own-operate crushing, screening and processing plants for major mining clients.  This includes designing and manufacturing of major mineral processing facilities, ensuring commissioning and providing on-site operation and maintenance.

About the role

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and administering effective maintenance plans to ensure the optimisation of the life cycles of the Crushing and Processing assets.

This opportunity is based onsite at Wonmunna on a family friendly 5:2, 4:3 roster.

Key deliverables & experience we’re seeking

  • The ability to develop and administer maintenance plans and Master Data in the Business Computerised Maintenance Management System
  • Review maintenance plans planned vs actual results to continuously improve maintenance plan and accuracy
  • Review daily & weekly business reports to seek out and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure planning measures are undertaken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities when required
  • Assist in the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes and procedures to standardise and optimise on maintenance work management across all sites
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to site planners/schedulers to increase their effectiveness use of the maintenance management systems

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous Fixed Plant Maintenance Planning experience
  • Relevant trade qualification highly desirable
  • Experience with Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar maintenance packages
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
