Where do you come in?

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mining Superintendent to join our Mt Marion, Lithium operations on a 8|6 roster from Perth. Mt Marion is the backbone of our lithium operations and is going through an incredible growth phase. The need for experienced Mining leaders is critical as we continue to ramp up lithium production.

The Mining Superintendent will be required to champion safety and best mining practise, every day. You will be a strong leader with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels. At Mineral Resources we like our on-site leaders to have a strong presence on the ground every day and be able to build strong rapport with everyone on site.

You must be a confident and capable person who leads change management initiatives with key stakeholders. A sequence for mining exists, however we are open to leaders who want to maximise the effectiveness of technology to position our sites to meet or exceed targets.

Excellence is not achieved in isolation.

Your future steps

You understand Mining - have been there and done that; you have the proverbial runs on the board. We are not looking for someone to step up and chance their arm in this role. This is you already developed, experienced and worldly wise. You have your QM ticket, and your future role will be a Mine Manager in your own right.
