About the Opportunity
MinRes are seeking an experienced Drill & Blast Supervisor to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), at our owner operator Lithium projects. 

Reporting to the Drill & Blast Superintendent your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily Drill & Blast operations
• Leading and mentoring crew
• Coordinating production activities to meet operational targets
• Supporting incident investigations and risk management activities
• Driving a strong safety culture across the workforce
• Managing contractor performance
• Managing workforce planning and shift execution
• Monitoring explosives compliance and operational performance
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and the WA mining legislation

What is required?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within Drill & Blast and Production Environment 
• Demonstrated 2 years’ supervisory experience in an open pit environment
• Hold a Statutory – Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
• A proactive approach to safety, leadership, and operational excellence

Highly regarded?

• WA Shotfirer’s licence
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• Certificate IV in Surface Extraction Operations.
