The Opportunity

As a Supply Analyst, you will be a part of the Sustainability and Analytics team, focusing on developing and maintaining reporting solutions and dashboards. Your expertise will turn complex data into actionable insights using PowerBi and automation tools, enhancing visibility and driving operational improvements.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position located at our Head Office in Osborne Park, with the potential to convert to permanent employment based on business requirements. The role follows a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBi dashboards and reports for supply chain performance.
  • Implement automation solutions for routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify business improvement opportunities through data analysis and process mapping.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Extract relevant data from various systems to create integrated reporting solutions.
  • Develop visualisations to effectively communicate supply chain metrics and KPIs.
  • Support spend analysis and categorisation initiatives through data modelling and reporting.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity within reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Communicate insights proactively to support better decision-making.

 

What is Required?

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline preferred.
  • PowerBi certification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in related fields, with knowledge of supply chain operations.
  • Advanced PowerBi development experience (essential).
  • Strong SQL proficiency with Redshift experience.
  • Proficiency using Dbeaver or similar tools for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards and visualisations.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
