Health and Wellbeing
Ensuring our people are physically and mentally healthy puts them in position to do what they do best. Our holistic health and wellbeing programs cover physical and mental wellbeing, injury and prevention management, as well as lifestyle and social wellbeing. We have a full-time in-house psychologist and regularly send psychologists to our mine sites to support our people - we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Quality working and living spaces contribute to the overall wellbeing of our people, so we’ve embarked on significant projects to provide state-of the-art work spaces for our corporate and remote workers.
Improving our workforce gender balance is important to us. We recognise this requires an ongoing focus to achieve our targeted outcomes so we’re actively working to increase the participation, development, and retention of female talent in our business through our gender equity strategy.
