The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our NextDigital team based at our head office in Osborne Park on a Monday to Friday work schedule.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are documented, processes are analysed and optimised, and business solutions are implemented successfully. This position suits a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with project objectives.
• Maintain requirements documentation within DevOps, adhering to change control processes and mandatory attributes.
• Achieve endorsement of requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document and analyse business processes using industry standard notations and tools, recommending opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and propose technology solutions that meet documented requirements, ensuring feasibility and adherence to best practice.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating workshops, meetings, and effective project communication.
• Develop, review, and/or execute test plans and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide post-deployment issue triage and support where required.
• Champion diversity, empowerment, and inclusive behaviour, celebrating differences and standing up for values-driven culture.

About you

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Extensive experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, Azure DevOps, and Workforce Software highly regarded.

Mindset:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
