The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Dump Truck Operator looking for a new challenge? We're seeking talented operators to join our tight-knit mining crews across our iron ore and lithium operations in the Goldfields and Pilbara. This is your chance to work with a company that values safety, rewards performance, and genuinely cares about its people. On a 2/1 roster, you'll have consistent home time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.

What is required?

  • A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
  • A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Proven production mining experience operating 785 or larger Dump Trucks (Electric Dump Truck experience is highly regarded)—experience on Komatsu 730–930E, Hitachi EH3500–5000, Terex MT Series or Liebherr T Series is advantageous
  • A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
