About the Opportunity

A wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services unique to the resources industry. As one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors, CSI supports MinRes projects and external clients by providing capital infrastructure and whole-of-life operational expertise. CSI has operations in Western Australia and Queensland. 

Be part of a high-performing minerals team with one of Australia’s leading mining services providers. We operate across WA in lithium, iron ore and other hard rock commodities, offering end‑to‑end services from pit to port.

We are seeking experienced Electricians with crushing and wet plant experience, to join our Mining Services Team for our Lithium Operations. These are full-time, permanent FIFO roles from Perth designed to grow your skill set through on-site training, with pathways into leadership for the right candidates.

We’re proud to be restarting the Bald Hill Lithium Mine, located near Kambalda in the Goldfields-Esperance. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a site coming back online, backed by a full mining fleet and set to play a key role in the future of lithium production. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on large scale fixed and wet plant machinery and equipment
• Repair & maintain the crushing and screening equipment by attending breakdowns and performing routine planned maintenance 
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Flexible and versatile attitude
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
• Operating machinery – Loaders, Skid Steers and Telehandlers (our trainers can offer Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets!)

What is required

• Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
• WA Electrical Licence
• C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, CN, WP, LF – desirable)
• Construction Induction Card
• Basic Fire
• First Aid, CPR & LVR
• Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing tickets (desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
