The Opportunity 

Join our Heavy Haulage Team at Onslow Iron and work directly for the owner-operator mining company. This is a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent full-time role with MinRes, supporting one of Australia’s most exciting iron ore operations. 

Opportunities are available for experienced Grader Operators to build and maintain our unsealed haul roads and operational areas including ROM’s Go-Lines and Laydowns. You’ll be operating a premium fleet of well-maintained machinery as part of a small, dedicated team that prides itself on a great culture and the highest safety standards. 

Our Onslow operations are supported by state-of-the-art facilities, a dedicated sealed private haul road with no self-loading or tyre changing so you can focus on the job you do best!   

Permanent Full-time FIFO positions based on a fixed 2/1 roster day shifts only, offering FIFO from Perth, WA.  

About You 

• Australian HR License or above  

• Nationally Accredited Grader Operator Ticket 

• Previous exposure to mining or similar large-scale industry  

• A minimum of 12 months experience operating heavy duty Graders ideally within the maintenance and/or construction of unsealed roads and mining operational areas  

• Exposure operating 14M CAT 140/150 will be highly advantageous  

• A strong commitment to safety and quality of work 

• Sound communication and time management skills
