The Opportunity:
We are looking to appoint an experienced Integrated Scheduler with a strong background in supply chain and logistics within the mining industry. This is a key role for someone who excels in coordinating complex supply chain functions, resources, and fleet management to maximise operational efficiency in a mining environment. Your expertise will help us ensure seamless supply chain execution, working closely with a range of teams to support safe and efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Effectively allocate and manage fleet resources to meet operational requirements, with a focus on optimising supply chain flow, stock movements, and logistics efficiency.
• Scheduling & Routing: Develop and manage detailed schedules for mining logistics, including the timely allocation of drivers and operators. Optimise transport and delivery routes, adjusting dynamically to meet project targets and changes in operational demand.
• Operational Performance: Monitor and report on task execution, logistics performance, and equipment utilisation. Quickly resolve scheduling and supply chain challenges to minimise disruptions and maintain high performance.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of logistics operations, compiling data to drive analytical insights and support future supply chain improvements.
• Team Collaboration: Work in close partnership with supply chain, operations, engineering, and construction teams—ensuring all supply chain activities are synchronised with broader project goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a scheduler within supply chain, logistics, fleet, or mining operations (e.g., mine logistics scheduler, shipping scheduler, fleet scheduler).
• Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage complex supply chain projects and solve logistical challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in logistics and scheduling software, as well as data analytics.
• Solid understanding of mining logistics, material handling, and transport operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Onslow Iron Project
Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transhipping.

Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

The project encompasses the Ken’s Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Truck Maintenance Facility and Onslow Port infrastructure.
