About the Opportunity  

A Fulltime Permanent Opportunity to join the MinRes CSI Mining Services Haulage working at ours state of the Art Osborne Head Office working a 4Days 4 Nights 4Off Roster reporting Directly to the GM of Port and Logistics.  As a Live Run Coordinator in the Transport Operations Platform (TOP), you will manage and coordinate our live transportation events with a keen eye on real-time logistics. You will  oversee and coordinate the efficient movement of product from mine site to ship including road haulage, rail haulage and port operations. All whilst playing a critical role in  in identifying improvement opportunities and identifying deviations to plan and recovering to plan or exceeding planned targets.

Key Responsibilities will include

  • Reporting on metrics to maintain safety and efficiency within Haulage including: Tyre Tap Monitoring & Reporting , Compressor cycle reporting, In Cab Camera Review & High G Force Monitoring & Reporting 
  • Ensure all incidents are reported to Senior Management and relevant internal stakeholder
  • Recovery planning following unplanned incidents to maintain ongoing operations
  • Initiate investigation into incidents as they occur, including reviewing MT Data information, Driver Safety Systems (DSS), collecting statements, photos and uploading into INX
  • Initial point of contact to identify Driver Fatigue and Distraction related events for both internal and external fleets 
  • Liaise with the Port during loading to ensure loading completed to meet operational targets

 

What is required 

  • Experience working in or understanding of Live Run Logistics in Road or and Port Operations in a Mining Supply Chain 
  • Exposure to dry bulk haulage in a Mining or Port Environment 
  • MT Data and Guardian experience desirable 
  • Intermediate computer skills for the standard MS Office suite of products.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, solutions based and an on going commitment to continuous improvement
