The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner for our crushing plant. The Maintenance Planner is responsible for all short-term maintenance planning and scheduling for the site fixed plant equipment and infrastructure.

This is a permanent full-time role on an 8D 6RR roster FIFO from Perth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Carry out the maintenance planning and scheduling processes for the site mechanical and electrical teams.
• Order required parts from the warehouse or direct purchase as required for planned work orders.
• Arrange for additional or specialist labour as required for planned maintenance activities.
• Schedule resources, labour, materials and plant access for preventative, planned and emergent maintenance work orders.
• Ensure that Safety is incorporated into your planned and scheduled work orders with the execution of maintenance functions
• Maintain equipment life cycle history in the maintenance systems for all major and minor tasks.
• Coordinate with the procurement and supply departments to ensure the timely arrival of materials, spares, equipment and labour hire to site
• Contribute to the review, development and implementation of systems, processes and procedures that identify improvements to equipment performance, reductions in administration and overall sustainability of equipment life cycles.
• Contribute to the preparation of the operating and capital budget’s
• Produce weekly Maintenance Management KPI performance graphs
• Chair weekly planning and schedule meeting to discuss schedule compliance, maintenance tasks, materials, plant availability impacts, and labour requirements. This will require documented minutes.

What is required?

• C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Eperience with Gyratory, Cone and HPGR Crushers, Apron Feeders, Vibrating Screens & Conveyor Systems.
• Extensive experience in Shutdown/Maintenance Planning.
• Significant experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting activities to establish maintenance development plans with strong analytical skills.
• Full Australian working rights.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Trade Certificate.
• CMMS Experience with Pronto or similar system.
• Microsoft Excel.
• MS Project.

Desirable:

• Obzervr experience.

About Wodgina
The Wodgina lithium operation is located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. MinRes manages all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes (SC5.5).
