The Wodgina lithium operation is located 120km south of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. MinRes manages all mining operations at Wodgina, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual capacity of 900,000 tonnes (SC5.5). 

The Role:

Join our high-performing Maintenance team at Wodgina as an experienced Maintenance Planner and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running at their best. Working on an 8:6 FIFO roster, you’ll take ownership of planning short- to medium-term maintenance activities, ensuring they align with our approved maintenance plan and support the optimal performance of all AMG assets on site.

This is an opportunity to showcase your expertise, collaborate with skilled trades and operational teams, and make a tangible difference to the reliability and efficiency of one of MinRes key mining operations.

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient servicing and repairs.
• Utilise the Maintenance Management System to plan maintenance and major component replacement forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure parts and materials are available as required.
• Monitor defect reporting and condition analysis systems to keep maintenance schedules accurate and up to date.
• Continuously seek cost efficiencies through alternative suppliers and improved maintenance planning.
• Contribute to short- and medium-term maintenance planning to maximise equipment availability and operational productivity.

What you’ll bring;

• Previous experience in a maintenance planner role for HME Fleet
• Mechanical Trade
• Sound understand of maintenance planning and scheduling principles
• *CMMS Experience with Pronto Highly desirable.
• Experience with Project / Excel etc.
