About the Opportunity
As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.
We are seeking Electricians, Boilermakers & Mechanical Fitters with mobile crushing experience to join our Mobile Crushing Team for current and future opportunities. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Crushing plant operating duties.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine checks of equipment, conveyors, feeders, and associated systems
- Follow loading plans and schedules, and ensure correct product grades and weights are loaded as per requirements
- Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including tonnages, train numbers, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate effectively with train drivers, site control rooms, and other team members to coordinate train movements and loading operations
- Identify and respond promptly to equipment faults, blockages, or safety hazards, escalating issues as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance or housekeeping tasks
- General inspections, hosing and housekeeping (please note, hosing aspect of the work scope requires manual handling of up to 40kg)
- Working with trades during shutdowns and breakdowns, Maintaining rollers, skirts and other equipment
- Report any faults, hazards or incidents through hazard card reporting to your Supervisor.
- General housekeeping of assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with Mobile Crushing Plants (mobile crushing experience desirable)
- Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on large scale fixed plant machinery and equipment
- Repair & Maintain the mobile crushing and screening equipment by attending breakdowns and performing routine planned maintenance
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Flexible and versatile attitude
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Operating machinery – Loaders, Skid Steers and Telehandlers (our trainers can offer Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets!)
What is required:
- Demonstrated safety commitment
- Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
- WA Electrical Licence if an Electrician
- Current Manual C Class Drivers License (HR license desirable)
- HRWL (DG, RB, CN, WP) (highly desirable)
- Construction Induction Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
