We're growing our Mobile Crushing team
If you thrive on variety, value safety and want to be paid what you're worth, we want to hear from you.
What is Mobile Crushing?
A mobile crushing plant (MCP) isn't a fixed plant - and that matters.
Mobile Crushing is a different beast to fixed plant operations. Our MCP crews set up, operate and relocate mobile crushing circuits for many different clients across the Pilbara and goldfields for short and long term projects.
If you've worked in fixed plant before but not mobile crushing, they're two very different environments. We're specifically looking for people with MCP experience who understand the unique demands of mobile operations - from fast site relocations, plant setup and recommencement of operations through to production targets and maintenance on the move.
Why people choose CSI Mining Services for mobile crushing
CSI is leading the industry with pay rates. Your package includes base salary plus site uplift, MCP allowance, nightshift allowance, hot seat allowance and quarterly bonuses with super paid on all hours. All training time is also paid for the hours.
Our people are paid a salary meaning they receive the same pay each and every pay period which means you know exactly how much money will be in your account each pay unlike competitors paying hourly rates so you never know how much money will be in your account each pay. No hidden catches - just fair pay for the work you do.
Safety isn't just a slogan
We actively manage safety with high safety standards and expectations to look after each and every person. Your wellbeing comes first, every shift, every swing.
Permanent positions
These aren't short-term employment contracts. We're offering full-time, permanent roles with long-term career stability. Unlike many other companies in the mobile crushing industry, CSI retains our employees and if there are any small gaps between projects and temporarily re-deploy to other projects within the greater business.
New contracts, modern fleet
You'll work across short and long-term mobile crushing contracts with modern, well-maintained and purpose-built equipment.

Common questions about MCP roles
Mobile Crushing involves operating and relocating crushing equipment across mine sites for many different clients.
