The Opportunity
Mineral Resources (MinRes) is experiencing exciting growth at our and we’re expanding our CSI team and have positions for motivated Site Administrators on an 8D 6RR roster FIFO from Perth.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment! We want someone who has a ‘can-do attitude’ and is eager to contribute to the success of the team. You will be a key player in managing administrative tasks and supporting daily operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, travel coordination, scheduling meetings, issuing correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including operations, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements.
• Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of site-related documents, including safety records, permits, and compliance reports.
• Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager(s).
• Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems.
• Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.

What is required?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar site-based administration or customer facing role
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using mobilisation and flight management software (INX and SAM)
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Current Australian working rights

Our service offerings include design, manufacture, commissioning, and on-site operation and maintenance of plant facilities, as well as specialised mine services such as materials handling, plant and equipment hire and maintenance, tails recovery, aggregate crushing and mine design, as well as engineering and construction.
The Mineral Resources Transport (MRT) team operates and manages all stages of the mine-to-port supply chain for all our owned and/or operated mine sites across WA.
