The Role:
As the Training Administration Supervisor your role will be to deliver high-quality administrative support to the training administration team, ensuring standards are upheld with the end-to-end training booking process to support MinRes’ business and its associated clients and providers. This role is a Monday-Friday role based at our Head Office in Osborne Park.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily training bookings operations by allocating and prioritising work, coaching team members to maintain quality and service standards, and monitoring capacity to meet deadlines, escalating resourcing issues as needed.
- Manage end-to-end training bookings (enrolments, changes, cancellations, waitlists, and confirmations), liaise with trainers and stakeholders to ensure courses are properly scheduled and resourced, and provide learners with clear, timely course communications.
- Deliver responsive, professional support to stakeholders, resolve complex booking queries and escalations, and meet service levels for turnaround time, accuracy, and booking completion
- Maintain accurate data on the Training Event Management System (TEMS) and register records in line with data quality and version control standards, and produce routine reports on bookings, attendance, cancellations, waitlists, service performance and analytics for interpretation.
- Ensure booking processes meet organisational standards and compliance requirements, maintain audit-ready records, and drive continuous improvement through consistent work instructions, templates, and workflows.
- Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities and oversee governance of training cost codes.
- Maintain relationships with external parties including Registered Training Organisations and external training providers and ensure service level agreements are up to date.
What will you bring?
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business Administration or similar with a proven background in Learning & Development.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Leadership and Management - desirable
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) - desirable
- Valid C Class driver’s licence
- Proven leadership experience in managing a growing team
- Experience in administration, preferably in the resources industry
- Experience working in an organisation experiencing regular change and diversity
- Experience delivering fast turnarounds in high-demand environments, with strong time management and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) desirable
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, MS Dynamics 365
