About the role

You will provide administrative support to the MinRes Business and its associated clients and providers. As a service support function, this role is focused around providing a professional customer service that is helpful and of high-quality ensuring set deadlines are met and core business is managed effectively. There will be opportunities for continuous improvement to better processes inefficiencies. 

This role is on an 8:6 roster and FIFO from Perth only and is on a Fixed Term 12 month initially contract.

  • Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MRL Training System (e.g. INX InTuition).
  • Maintain training request inbox and action all incoming requests
  • Assist with onsite scheduling of training requirements and communicate
  • Facilitating Onboarding for new starters
  • Complete reporting and matrix requirements
  • Support MinRes through the continuous promotion of training initiatives and opportunities (eg, authorised assessor program, internal training courses, training updates and weekly insight stories
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTO’s and provide them with front of house support where required
  • Other general administration duties as required

What you’ll bring

  • Work well in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with an RTO or similar environment
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Desirable
  • Experience with INX would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work with the team to constantly improve performance
  • High capability of verbal and written communication
