The Role:
As Village Logistics Administrator, you'll be integral to our Village Operations team, managing everything from roster efficiency to resident services. This diverse role combines analytical thinking with hands-on administration, directly impacting the comfort and operational success of our remote mining communities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roster Management: Analyse roster data for cost-effective staffing, manage relief pool requests, and coordinate arrivals/departures with precision
  • Financial Oversight: Support invoice management, conduct stocktakes, and manage cost codes through Coupa procurement systems
  • Workforce Reporting: Generate cleaning forecasts, man-day reports, and KPI transport movement data
  • Village Communications: Maintain professional site communications aligned with MinRes brand standards
  • Transport Coordination: Support bus scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and asset register management
  • Training Support: Manage training matrixes and coordinate MinRes Learn requirements
  • Quality Assurance: Support KPI performance inspections and maintain accommodation access compliance
 

What You'll Bring:

  • Year 12 completion with minimum 2 years similar site-based experience
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
  • High-level customer service skills and ability to handle ad-hoc demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mobilization software (SAM experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of journey management, fatigue management, and emergency procedures
