Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within promotional advertisements for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.
2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Terms and Conditions of this competition are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia.
4. The competition is being run by Mineral Resources Limited, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park, Western Australia, 6017 (“Mineral Resources”).
5. The Win at the 4WD Show (“the competition”) commences at 8:30am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Friday 10 November 2023.
6. The closing time for entering the competition is 5.00pm AWST on Sunday 12 November 2023.
7. To enter the competition, the entrant must: enter their name, contact phone and email address, and agree to receive email communications from Mineral Resources via the competition entry form.
8. Staff employed by Mineral Resources and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
9. There will be a total of three (3) prizes awarded, of which one (1) prize will be awarded each day during the Perth 4WD and Adventure Show event at McCallum Park. Each prize will be awarded to one (1) individual each day. The winner of each prize draw will receive a KINCROME 133 piece 6 drawer evolution tool chest (P1910B), valued at $1349.
10. There will be three (3) individual draws, one for each of the three (3) prizes, commencing 10.00am Australian Western Standard Time on Monday 13 November 2023. The draws will take place at Mineral Resources corporate offices. The entries will be drawn by random number generator from all eligible entries received on each day of entry, with the first number drawn from the entries received deemed the prize winner.

Draw three (3): Eligible entries received on Sunday 12 November 2023
11. Opportunity for the number of prize winners and prizes to be increased during the competition will be at the discretion of Mineral Resources.
12. The prize winner will be contacted within two (2) working days of the draw by the contact phone number or email supplied by the entrant.
13. If the prize winner does not respond to claim the prize within five (5) days of the draw, a re-draw will be conducted within six (6) days of the original draw date, in the same location, and with the same method.
14. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
15. The prize winner, or if under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian, may be required to provide photographic ID, birth certificate or current passport when collecting the prize.
16. The prize winner will be responsible for all costs associated with collecting and using the prize. The winner will collect the prize from Mineral Resources’ headquarters at 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017.
17. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that they are over the age of 18 years, or if under the age of 18 years, have their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition.
18. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
19. The prize is not transferrable.
20. The prize winner’s name may be published on the Mineral Resources website and social media channels. By entering the competition, entrants grant Mineral Resources permission to use their full name and image on their respective websites and social media channels.
21. Mineral Resources is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any liability, loss, expense, cost injury or damage to an entrant or, if under the age of 18 years, their parent or legal guardian, resulting from the entrant’s participation in the competition.
22. Mineral Resources accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise howsoever arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
23. Entrants are required to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and entry into the competition signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
24. Mineral Resources' decision regarding conduct of the competition and the award of prizes will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. Subject to clause 20, personal information provided by an entrant to Mineral Resources for the purpose of entering the competition will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Mineral Resource’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available online (https://www.mineralresources.com.au/privacy-policy/ ). Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the Mineral Resource’s Privacy Statement and these Terms and Conditions.
26. In order to redeem the prize, the prize winning entrant must sign an acknowledgment indicating that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and that they will abide by them.
