We are seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters to join our Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Team at our owner operated Lithium mine sites.

These are full time roles on 2/2 days only roster, FIFO Perth

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair diesel generators and power generation equipment, dewatering pumps and associated mechanical systems.
• Perform comprehensive maintenance on centrifugal, positive displacement, and slurry pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and control systems.
• Conduct pump impeller replacements, seal repairs, and bearing maintenance.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical pumping and power systems.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
• Maintain detailed service records and equipment histories.

What is required:

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
• Proven experience servicing generators (diesel engines, control panels)
• Strong background in pump maintenance and repair across various pump types
• Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drive systems
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work under pressure during emergency repairs
• Willingness to assist other trades where required using transposable skills
