We are seeking experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters to join our Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) Team at our owner operated Lithium mine sites.
These are full time roles on 2/2 days only roster, FIFO Perth

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair diesel generators and power generation equipment, dewatering pumps and associated mechanical systems.
- Perform comprehensive maintenance on centrifugal, positive displacement, and slurry pumps.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and control systems.
- Conduct pump impeller replacements, seal repairs, and bearing maintenance.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules for critical pumping and power systems.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
- Maintain detailed service records and equipment histories.
What is required:
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or equivalent
- Proven experience servicing generators (diesel engines, control panels)
- Strong background in pump maintenance and repair across various pump types
- Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical drive systems
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work under pressure during emergency repairs
- Willingness to assist other trades where required using transposable skills
