About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and safety-focused Full-Time Ramp Operator to join our ground operations team. As a Ramp Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and smooth turnaround of aircraft, supporting flight schedules, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient aircraft marshaling, towing, and positioning
• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and freight in accordance with company procedures
• Operate ground support equipment (GSE) including tugs, belt loaders, and refuelling equipment
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company work instructions
• Assist with ramp checks, inspections, and reporting any ground handling incidents
• Work collaboratively with flight crew, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure on-time departures

About You

• Previous experience in aviation ground operations or a similar physically active role.
• Current Australian manual driver’s licence (required)
• Able to work a roster including early mornings, evenings, and public holidays (3 am starts)
• Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Safety-focused with attention to detail
