The Opportunity

We're currently looking for an experienced Haulage Supervisor to oversee our haulage operations teams at our Client’s site. With your expert leadership and keen eye for efficiency, you'll oversee haulage operations, ensuring smooth and effective workflow. This role is on 7D 7N 7RR roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of haulage operations.
• Visible leadership and mentor our team to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations including both MRL/CSI & Client safety expectations, and industry standards.
• Communicate clear and specific responsibilities, discuss expectations, and identify support and resources to meet these requirements.
• Develop and implement operational process improvements.
• Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met.

What is required?

• Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally as a Haulage Supervisor.
• Expert knowledge of haulage operations and logistics within a mining environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Schedule 26 is highly desired.
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organisational and planning skills.
