You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver innovative and reliable software that powers our mission.

This position will report directly to our Manager Applications Support, be based at our HQ office on Osborne Park, commencing as a 6 Month casual requirement.

  • Lead and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines leveraging tools such as AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for repeatable, automated deployments.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues within production and development environments.
  • Analyse, review, and implement change requests in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
  • Apply patches and releases across various environments, occasionally outside standard business hours, for critical updates.
  • Perform rigorous testing, peer code reviews, and optimisation for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure applications adhere to AWS Security Best Practices, including IAM policy design, encryption standards, and least‑privilege access.
  • Support bespoke applications and integrations, ensuring operational stability and scalability.
  • Promote organisational adoption of cloud‑based data solutions and develop awareness of the company’s broader data landscape.
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation, operational guides, and support materials.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, reviewing deliverables for quality and alignment with architecture standards.

 What is Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive commercial experience in full stack development for AWS cloud environments.
  • Proven expertise with core AWS services — including but not limited to:
