About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Fixed plant/Loader Operators with fixed plant experience who are local to Kalgoorlie, to join our team for current and future opportunities.

We’re offering full-time roles on a 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off rosters. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills through on-site training and progress your career both on the tools and into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Operating machinery such as Loaders, Skid Steers, and Telehandlers (with training provided to obtain Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets)
• Performing inspections, hosing, and general housekeeping duties
• Supporting trades during shutdowns and breakdowns
• Collaborating with the Planning Team to enhance plant reliability

What is required:

• Demonstrated safety commitment
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes
• Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results
• Flexible and versatile attitude
• Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable)
• Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.

Tickets & Licenses Required

• Current Australian Driver's License 
• Construction Induction Card 
• Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
