About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Boilermaker with strong mobile equipment maintenance (MEM) experience and 3G/4G welding capability to join our CSI Field Services Division, based out of our Hazelmere Workshop. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to help shape how our field services crews operate.

As Leading Hand, you will be the link between the tools and management: setting the standard for quality and safety, coordinating work on site, and mentoring and developing the people around you. This is a great step up for a tradesperson ready to lead, with genuine career progression opportunities into supervisory and broader leadership pathways.

Our Field Services team plays a critical role in the success of our business, delivering operational support across multiple sites in iron ore, lithium, and hard rock environments. We are looking for someone who is passionate, adaptable, and open to travel, and who thrives in a fast-paced field service environment.
