The Opportunity

Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes) is an Australian leader delivering innovative and sustainable diversified mining solutions, underpinned by a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities including iron ore and lithium.

We are seeking Mechanical Fitters to join our Processing Teams at our owner operated lithium mine sites. These full-time positions are offered on a 2/1 roster and include FIFO from Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant machinery and equipment
• Attending and breakdowns
• Working with the Planning Team to assist in plant reliability improvement
• Additionally, you'll play a role in the day-to-day functioning of the plant, which involves the operation of both fixed and mobile plant machinery

What is required:

• Demonstrated safety commitment
• Australian or Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Current Australian Driver's License
• Experience with fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry
• Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)
• Working at Heights (desirable)
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Unlimited Australian Work Rights
