About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Field Service Boilermakers with strong mobile equipment maintenance skills and 3G/4G welding capability to join our CSI Field Services Division, based out of our Hazelmere Workshop, for current and upcoming opportunities.
These are full-time, roaming roles working across both our internal and external operations on a dynamic roster. There will also be opportunities to work from our well-equipped, premier Hazelmere facility, a four-hectare workshop in Perth’s eastern suburbs specialising in the design, manufacture, repair, and refurbishment of mobile mining equipment and heavy machinery attachments.

Our Field Service team plays a critical role in the success of our business, delivering operational support across multiple sites in iron ore, lithium, and hard rock environments. Key Responsibilities
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings (critical skill beyond standard boilermaker/welder qualifications)
- Experience in mobile equipment refurbishments e.g. buckets, rigid dump truck trays, booms and sticks
- Proficient in welding with inner shield
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Flexible and versatile attitude
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team
What is required
- Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
- Current Drivers License
- HRWL (highly desirable)
- White Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gas Testing (desirable)
- Demonstrate First Attack Firefight Equipment (desirable)
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
