- Champion consistent technical standards and processes to ensure accurate water balance scenarios, aquifer characterisation, and dewatering impact evaluations.
- Offer strategic advice and technical interpretation on challenging hydrogeological issues for operational decision‑making, expansion approvals, and exploration feasibility studies.

- Maintain deep understanding of Western Australian hydrogeology in the resources sector, including groundwater regimes across iron ore and lithium projects.
- Collaborate across disciplines to integrate hydrogeological strategy into project plans and operational management.
- Occasionally attend site stakeholder meetings when complex technical explanations are required, particularly relating to modelling results and strategic implications.

- Excellent capability to interpret complex modelling results and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, fostering excellence and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work strategically at portfolio level while supporting operational priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly in written reports, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
