The Opportunity

MinRes are seeking experienced Production Mining Operators to join our experienced, tight-knit crews where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. With positions available across our Iron Ore and Lithium operations, and a consistent 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, you’ll have meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

• Dump Truck Operators
• Grader Operators
• Dozer Operators
• Loader Operators
• Excavator Operators
• All Rounder Operators

What is required?
To be successful, you will have:

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
• At least 12 months’ production mining experience operating one or more of the following:
• CAT 785 Dump Trucks or larger — electric dump truck experience is highly regarded
• 16M or 18M Graders, or larger
• D10 or D11 Dozers
• CAT 992 Loaders, or larger
• Hitachi 3600 Excavators or equivalent — Liebherr experience is highly regarded
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
