The Opportunity

Crushing Services International is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor on a 14D 7RR roster FIFO from Perth, providing services across various locations in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our mobile operations. You will lead a team of dedicated tradesmen and operators, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality output. Your strategic leadership and hands-on approach will drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met, fostering a committed and cohesive team environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all tasks are supervised and tasks are assigned daily to direct reports
  • Lead pre-starts meetings, return-to-work meetings and PSIs.
  • outlining clear expectations and accountabilities have been set with all team members and employees are held to account for their roles

What is required?

  • Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a mobile-crushing environment (essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge of processes, and maintenance practices.
  • In-depth operational and technical expertise with mobile crushing equipment (e.g., Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), including processes and maintenance practices.
  • Current or working towards Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor exam
  • Valid C Class Drivers Licence 
  • Working at Height and Confined Space Nationally recognised tickets (Desirable)
  • National recognised ticket: Conduct wheel loader operations and Gas Test Atmosphere (Desirable)
