MinRes is seeking a Rotable Officer to support our mining operations by ensuring the availability and efficient management of critical rotable (repairable) components.
About the Role
- Manage end-to-end processes for rotable and exchange components
- Coordinate repairs, supplier returns, and warranty/credit claims
- Investigate back freight returns and oversee inventory of unserviceable items
- Support maintenance operations to minimise equipment downtime
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise stock levels and expedite parts
- Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards
- Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation, freight handling, and packaging
About You
- Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management within Mining or Heavy Industry environment
- Strong knowledge of mobile/fixed plant components
- Proficiency in inventory systems (Coupa, Pronto) and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Forklift ticket and mechanical trade qualifications (desirable)
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
