We are seeking a highly resilient, flexible, and competent Village Supervisor to join our People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team. This role calls for a leader with exceptional people management skills, unwavering personal accountability, and the ability to coach and guide emerging leaders towards their full potential.

Your Mission

Be the driving force behind exceptional village experiences, where safety, respect, and wellbeing are at the forefront. Lead and coordinate all aspects of operations across our resort-standard accommodation, ensuring our facilities run seamlessly 24/7. You will oversee housekeeping, transport operations, catering coordination, guest services, and contractor engagement creating a professional, supportive, and respectful “home away from home” for our workforce. By promoting psychosocial safety and fostering an inclusive village culture, you will help ensure every resident feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

About the Role

In this leadership role you’ll take charge of all village operations, ensuring our workforce enjoys a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. You’ll oversee housekeeping, catering, maintenance, guest services, and transport, delivering high standards across every touchpoint.

You’ll lead catering teams to provide exceptional food services with strict food safety compliance, manage budgets and stock control with cost optimisation and transparency, and analyse workforce data to prepare reports on cleaning forecasts, attendance, and transport movements. Clear, professional communication will be key; you’ll engage teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain collaboration across departments.

We’re seeking a proven leader with experience in complex village, hospitality, or remote operations. You’ll inspire and develop diverse teams, communicate effectively, manage expenditure, use operational data to inform decisions, and uphold compliance frameworks and safety protocols. Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to high performance are essential, along with a current driver’s licence and flexibility to meet operational demands.
