We are seeking new employees to work across all of our sites within Western Australia.

About the role:
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be a vital part of our operations, contributing to the smooth running of our Villages and ensuring efficient operation. As a Utility worker, you will work on a rotational schedule working within all departments of the villages, with two weeks on-site and one week off, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety. Your responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks across different operational areas, such as Kitchen and Dining, Housekeeping, Mine site cleaning and Central areas. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, collaborating to overcome challenges and achieve shared goals.

• Relevant qualifications or experience in mining operations or a related field
• Valid licenses or certifications as required for the role
• National Police Clearance (within 12 months validity) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
