The Opportunity

MinRes is currently seeking an experienced a fixed-plant Planning Superintendent for our Wodgina operations on a 4:3 roster. Reporting through to the Manager, this role will lead our team in achieving operational excellence through reliability enhancement and strategic planning initiatives.

  • Lead the planning team, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track reliability metrics, shutdown performance, and project milestones.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, training, and support to team members.

What is required?

  • Extensive experience in a Superintendent/Management position working within fixed plant Planning or Maintenance within the mining industry.
  • Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
  • Proven track record of successfully leading reliability improvement initiatives and shutdown projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Sound Knowledge of Master Data interpretation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
