CSI operations in Western Australia and Queensland.

About the Role

We are looking for Experienced Haulage and/or Crushing Compliance Trainers for various sites across the MRL business. These roles will be site-based working on an 8:6 roster. As a Compliance Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations remain compliant with all legislative, safety, and company requirements. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality training, assessing competency, and supporting continuous improvement in our safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver and assess compliance training to MinRes employees and contractors.
  • Ensure all drivers/personnel and relevant personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
  • Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and operators regarding compliance best practices.
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practice relating to haulage and transport compliance.

About You

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
  • Mobile Crushing Experience 
  • Various current RII tickets, e.g. Loader, Grader, Excavator
  • High-Risk Licence desirable
  • Working at Height, Gas Testing and or confined space desirable
  • White Card
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • High-level attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Current C driver's licence is essential and MC for Haulage Compliance Trainers
