The Opportunity

MinRes is seeking an experienced Non-Process Infrastructure Superintendent for our Central Pilbara Hub on an 8x6 roster. Reporting to the Manager of NPI, you will provide leadership and direction to work crews in the execution of Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) projects and maintenance at our Iron Valley and Wonmunna mining operations in Western Australia.

• Manage all NPI assets, including fuel systems, bore fields, pit dewatering, camps, site buildings, water treatment, and transfer systems.
• Work with specialists, stakeholders, OEMs, and suppliers on engineering requirements.
• Ensure all NPI equipment meets safety and engineering standards.
• Manage NPI engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Provide technical support, including specifications, application suitability, cost analysis, and compliance.
• Support strategy optimisation, financial reporting, and KPI tracking. Assist with HSEQT and HR functions, including audits, incidents, and performance management.
• Promote and enforce safety management in line with MRL processes and procedures.

What is required?

You will have a strong background in NPI servicing, maintenance, and projects, including expertise in managing teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within a senior leadership role overseeing multidisciplinary trades in the NPI function
• Extensive knowledge of dewatering and pump operation and functionality and ancillary equipment
• Working knowledge of camp and accommodation facility maintenance including rooms, water supply, food preparation, and effluent processing plants
• Trade Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Discipline
• A strong understanding of relevant safety procedures and regulations
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
