Look no further than the Permanent, Full-time position at Mineral Resources' People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team in Onslow, Western Australia.

The Opportunity
As a Camp Maintenance Planner, based on 8D 6RR roster, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our mining camp facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for camp infrastructure, including accommodation units, recreational facilities, utilities, and associated assets.
2. Collaborating closely with camp operations, contractors, and site teams to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to camp operations.
3. Conducting thorough analysis of maintenance data, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing cost-effective solutions to enhance asset reliability and longevity.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within camp facilities

What is required?

• Extensive experience using Pronto.
• A recognized trade qualification or relevant technical degree in a discipline such as mechanical, electrical, building services engineering, or facilities management.
• Proven experience in camp or site-based maintenance planning, preferably within the mining or remote operations sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including camp residents and site personnel.
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.

About Onslow
Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transhipping.

Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

The project encompasses the Ken’s Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Truck Maintenance Facility and Onslow Port infrastructure.
