We’re searching for Security Officers with a standout customer service approach to join our Village Team in the Pilbara – creating a secure, harmonious home-away-from-home for our workforce.

Your Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for residents and guests
• Conduct regular, visible security patrols across the village – always with a friendly approach
• Monitor CCTV and access control, ensuring discreet and welcoming oversight
• Respond professionally and empathetically to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain clear security logs and incident documentation
• Carry out wellbeing checks, looking out for the safety and mental health of our community
• Proactively support village events and activities with a can-do attitude

• WA Security licence (essential)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate (essential)
• WA C Class Drivers Licence (essential)
• Mental Health First Aid (desirable)
• I-CAM experience (desirable)
